Step 1: Download CaptureIt and Install
Download CaptureIt from http://www.screen-capture-it.com, install and double click the icon on desktop to launch the program.

Step 2: Capture with One Click
Open the webpage or scrolling window you need to capture, for example, http://www.apple.com
Click “Capture” on toolbar and select “Scrolling Window” in the drop down menu. Then there will be a rectangle with red frame when the mouse is on. Move the mouse to the place you want to capture and left-click it. After that the window will scroll automatically from top to bottom.
Just one click, you could see the whole image of the webpage is there in the window of CaptureIt.
Step 3: Save
Click “Save” button and save the image. You could re-name title of the image, select an output format, such as jpg, png, gif, bmp or tiff and save it to the right place.

Add Annotations
Capturing is far from enough to make a perfect screen capture. With CaptureIt, you could easily add annotations to create an excellent capture.
Click "" on the left side, there are various types of annotation.

Choose the right annotation you need and double-click on it, drag the annotation with mouse to set the size, and then click "" to add text.
For both annotation and text, it's possible to set opacity and shadow.
